How to Join the Ijaazah Platform and Begin Your Learning Journey:
1.Create an Account
If you don’t have an account yet, register on the platform to get started.
2.Subscribe to Courses
You can subscribe to both live and recorded courses in two easy ways:
Option 1:Click the "Subscribe" button on the Home Page.
Option 2:Visit the Courses Page to browse available courses and subscribe directly from there.
3.Choose a Package
Once you click "Subscribe," you’ll be prompted to select a package that best suits your learning needs.
4.Select Lecture Type and Time
Pick your preferred lecture type and duration:
30 minutes
45 minutes
1 hour
Then, choose a time slot that fits your schedule.
5.Complete Payment
Enter your payment details. You have several payment options:
Wallet(if you have funds in your Ijaazah wallet)
Credit/Debit Card
Phone Wallet
6.Access Your Dashboard
After payment, head over to your Dashboard to access the lectures you’ve subscribed to and explore the platform's features.
7.Enjoy Your Learning Experience
Begin attending live sessions or watching recorded lectures, and make the most of Ijaazah’s resources to expand your knowledge.
8.Watch the Tutorial Video
For a more detailed, step-by-step guide, watch the tutorial video available on the platform. This will help you navigate the process easily and answer any questions you may have.
How to Create and Manage Subaccounts for Family Members
1. Create a Main Account
If you haven’t already, register and set up your main account. This will allow you to manage subaccounts for your family members.
2. Access Your Dashboard
Click on your profile name.
SelectDashboardto manage your accounts.
3. Add a New Family Member
From the left-hand menu, selectSwitch Account.
ClickAdd New Memberand enter the required details (some fields will be pre-filled from the main account).
Accept the terms and conditions, then clickCreate Account. The subaccount will now appear on the main page.
4. Switch to a Subaccount
ClickSelect Profileto access the subaccount.
To return to the main account, go toSwitch Account.
Select the family member who will enroll in courses.
Browse theCoursessection and choose a course.
5. Subscribe to a Course
ClickSubscribe to Other Accountsand select a package.
UnderSelect the Learner, choose the relevant subaccount.
Choose the number of learning hours per month.
Select a teacher and set the lecture duration.
6. Schedule the Classes
The teacher’s calendar will be displayed.
Available slots are shown inwhite—select your preferred schedule.
7. Complete Payment
Fill in yourBilling Details.
Choose aPayment Methodand complete the transaction.
8. Access Your Classes
The scheduled classes will now appear in the subaccount.
The class link will only be active at the scheduled time and remain inactive otherwise.
